Starbreeze intends to use the cash flow generated to finance continued development and growth of the business and thus not pay a dividend in the coming years.

• No dividend was distributed to shareholders for the financial years 2014 to 2021.
• The board proposes that no dividend (0) be paid for the financial year 2022.
