PAYDAY™ 3 släpps den 21:a September 2023

Starbreeze meddelar idag att PAYDAY 3 kommer att släppas den 21 september 2023. Spelet kommer att finnas tillgängligt Day-1 på Xbox Game Pass, på Xbox Series X|S, Playstation®5, Epic Games Store och Steam®. Rekommenderat pris är 39,99 USD för Standard Edition av basspelet och du kan förbeställa PAYDAY 3 här, med start idag. Nedladdningsbart innehåll (DLC) planeras att släppas regelbundet efter spelsläpp, med Starbreeze Games as a Service-modell. Starbreeze, PLAION och Xbox kommer att genomföra gemensamma marknadsföringsaktiviteter inför och efter lanseringen av PAYDAY 3.Se den världsexklusiva gameplaytrailern från Xbox Showcase här.

Implikationer på Starbreeze pågående företrädesemission
Med anledning av detta pressmeddelande kommer Starbreeze att upprätta och offentliggöra ett tillägg till det prospekt avseende den pågående företrädesemissionen som offentliggjordes den 26 maj 2023. Tilläggsprospektet kommer att offentliggöras så snart det har godkänts av Finansinspektionen. Aktieägare och andra investerare som har tecknat, eller anmält sig för teckning av, aktier i företrädesemissionen har rätt att återkalla sin teckning eller anmälan efter offentliggörandet av tilläggsprospektet. Återkallelseperioden (två arbetsdagar) kommer att börja löpa arbetsdagen efter Finansinspektionens godkännande av tilläggsprospektet.
