Evaluation of the board's work

The Board’s work is evaluated annually to improve its working methods and efficiency. The Board Chair is responsible for this evaluation and for presenting it to the Nomination Committee.

The evaluation is intended to provide an assessment of the views of the Directors on how Board work is conducted and what actions can be taken to improve efficiency, and whether the Board is well balanced in terms of skills. The evaluation is an important document for the Nomination Committee ahead of the AGM.

During 2022, an evaluation of the Board’s work was conducted and presented to the Nomination Committee. The Nomination Committee discussed the experience and skills needed on the Board, particularly in the light of the now completed corporate restructuring and the core business defined by the company.
