Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (November 29, 2019) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 184,186 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during November due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 1,657,674.

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In November 184,186 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 29 November 2019, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 6,587,357 distributed among a total of 329,367,849 shares, of which 53,042,491 Class A shares and 276,325,358 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 806,750,268.
