Change in the number of shares and votes in Starbreeze

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (December 30, 2019) – Starbreeze AB today announces that the number of Class B shares increased by 40,499 and the number of Class A shares decreased by the same number during December due to the company’s ongoing conversion program. The number of votes decreased by 364,491.                                   

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In December 40,499 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 30 December 2019, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 6,587,357 distributed among a total of 329,367,849 shares, of which 53,001,992 Class A shares and 276,365,857 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 806,385,777.
